The Cambodia e-Visa application requires applicants to submit a digital copy of the required documents. The information below provides a breakdown of the documents the applicant must prepare, depending on whether they are applying for a tourist eVisa or a business eVisa.
Mandatory Requirements for All Applicants
The following documents are mandatory for all Cambodia e-Visa applicants, regardless of the selected visa category.
Passport Bio-Page
- Submit a clear colour scan of your passport bio-data page.
- Ensure the entire page is visible, including all four corners.
- All words, numbers, and the code lines at the bottom (MRZ) must be clear and easy to read.
- Do not upload black-and-white, blurry, tilted, cropped, or unclear images.
- No part of the page should be covered by fingers, shadows, glare, or marks.
Passport-Size Photograph
- Submit a recent colour passport-size photograph taken against a plain white background.
- Keep your face centred with some space above your head and look directly into the camera.
- Ensure your shoulders and ears are clearly visible.
- Maintain a neutral expression without smiling or showing teeth.
- Do not wear glasses, hats, or head coverings, and do not submit a photocopy of your passport or any other document.
Round-Trip Ticket
Submit your confirmed arrival and departure ticket for Cambodia.
- Air Travel: A flight ticket is required.
- Road Travel: A Bus ticket is required.
Format: E-tickets are accepted and preferred
Accommodation Proof
- Submit proof of confirmed accommodation for your stay in Cambodia.
- The booking must clearly show the name and address of the hotel, guesthouse, or residence.
- The reservation must cover your entire stay in Cambodia.

Business eVisa applicants are also required to submit the following:
Business Invitation Letter
An official document issued by a Cambodian host company confirming the applicant’s identity, purpose of visit, and intended travel dates.

Note for Applicants
- Tourist eVisa applicants are only required to submit the 4 mandatory documents (i.e., passport, photograph, travel ticket, and accommodation proof). If more documents are required, the applicant will be informed.
- It is advisable for applicants to send more than one digital scan of the same document to visa support, as this will help them choose the one that best meets the Cambodia requirement specification.
