Cambodia eVisa Requirements
The Cambodia eVisa requires you to submit digital copies of your legible documents. The documents you need depend on the type of eVisa you are applying for.

Documents Required for All Applicants
The following 4 documents are required for both the Tourist eVisa and the Business eVisa. Prepare a clear digital copy of each before you begin your application.
Passport Bio Page
Submit a clear colour scan of your passport bio-data page.
- All four corners must be fully visible.
- All text, numbers, and MRZ lines must be legible.
- No black-and-white, blurry, tilted, cropped, or unclear scans.
- No fingers, shadows, glare, or marks on the page.
Applicant Photograph
Submit a recent colour digital photograph.
- The background must be plain white.
- Your face must be centred, with space above your head.
- Maintain a neutral expression. Do not smile or show teeth.
- Do not wear glasses, hats, or head coverings.
Round-Trip Ticket
Submit your confirmed arrival and departure ticket for Cambodia.
- Air Travel: A flight ticket is required.
- Road Travel: A bus ticket is required.
E-tickets are accepted and preferred.
Hotel Reservation Document
Submit proof of your confirmed accommodation for your stay in Cambodia.
- The document must state the name and address of the hotel, guesthouse, or residence.
- The reservation must cover the full duration of your stay.
Additional Requirement for Tourist eVisa [e-Visa T]
Nationals of Tanzania, Israel, and Ghana applying for the Tourist eVisa are required to submit one additional document, along with the four listed above.
Bank Statement for Last 3 Months
Submit your certified bank statements covering the 3 months immediately before your application date.
Applicable to nationals of Tanzania, Israel, and Ghana only. Nationals from these countries applying for the Business eVisa are not required to submit bank statements.
Additional Requirement for Business eVisa
Business eVisa applicants are required to submit one additional document, along with the 4 listed above.
Business Invitation Letter
The letter must be issued on the official letterhead of the inviting company or organization. It must carry a signature, date, and stamp.
The letter must contain the following information:

Traveler's Information
- Last Name
- First Name
- Passport Type
- Passport Number
- Passport Expiration Date
Additional Details
- Detailed purpose of trip (2–3 sentences)
